Seasonal pricing

Seasonal rules can override the daily part of the price on matching dates. Use them for high season, holidays, events or low-season pricing.

A typical rule can include:

• rule name,
• rule type,
• vehicle or all vehicles,
• start date,
• end date,
• daily price or discount percentage,
• priority,
• minimum rental days.

When multiple rules overlap, priority determines which eligible rule wins according to the logic supported by your DigiRent version.

Campaigns

Use campaigns for promotional discounts during a defined period. Give every campaign a clear internal name.

Recommended workflow

1. Configure the normal vehicle price.
2. Add seasonal rules only where the base price should change.
3. Add campaign rules after the base and seasonal structure is correct.
4. Test bookings that cross pricing boundaries.
