Updates, Renewals & Troubleshooting
Keep DigiRent Pro current and resolve common rental workflow issues.
Renew your license
Renewal extends the current license period rather than requiring a new key. Keep the same license active unless Digitolye support instructs otherwise.
Before updating
Create a backup or staging copy before major updates, especially when live reservations exist.
Common checks
License does not activate
Confirm that the key belongs to DigiRent Pro, the domain is correct and the activation limit has not been reached.
Update does not appear
Confirm that the license is active and WordPress can reach Digitolye.com.
Vehicle is unavailable unexpectedly
Check reservations, maintenance blocks, fleet capacity and booking dates.
Price is unexpected
Check base vehicle price, seasonal rules, campaign dates, priority and minimum rental days.
Booking fields are missing
Review Form Builder visibility, field order and conditional rules.
Design changes are not visible
Clear WordPress/page-builder cache and browser cache, then confirm the active Design Studio preset.
When opening a support ticket, include screenshots, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PHP version and DigiRent Pro version.
