Renewal extends the current license period. Keep the existing license key unless Digitolye support instructs you to replace it.

Common issues

Request a Quote button is missing

Confirm WooCommerce is active, the cart contains eligible products and DigiQuote is enabled.

Guest popup does not appear

Check Guest Access settings, page cache and theme/checkout customization.

Prices remain visible to guests

Clear cache and test in a private browser window. Confirm Hide Prices from Guests is enabled.

Quote email is not delivered

Check WordPress mail configuration and use SMTP where possible.

Secure quote link loads the wrong price

Confirm the quote is still valid and quoted products still exist.

Revision restore is unavailable

Confirm revisions are enabled and an earlier revision exists.

When contacting support, include the quote number, plugin version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version and screenshots.
